Are MASS EDEN products sold at any other retailers?
No. masseden.com is the exclusive destination for the sale of all MASS EDEN products.
How many items can I buy in one purchase?
Orders are limited to three units of each product. Orders requiring > 10 units of each product require two week advance notice to email@example.com.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery time is 3-6 days, timeframe may increase during a holiday season.
How can I contact your customer service team?

When will I receive a response?
We aim to respond to all emails within one business day; timeframe may be extended during new product launches and holiday seasons.
Does MASS EDEN offer returns/refunds?
No. All sales are final. Refer to our Refund Policy.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for missing or incorrect product within 14 days of receipt of notification.
What should I do if I have not received my order confirmation?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, contact us at email@example.com with your inquiry.
Do I need to set up an account/membership to place an order?
No. You can purchase MASS EDEN products without a long-term commitment.
Why should I set up an account/membership?
Becoming a MASS EDEN member entitles you to an annual subscription to receive your choice of MASS EDEN products (up to a certain amount) on a monthly basis. You will also be made a MASS EDEN VIP who will receive early bird access to product exclusives and purchase discounts.
Can I change my order once I've placed it?
No. All placed orders are final.
